Knightbridge Tax is a specialist crypto tax advisory firm founded by Laura Knight, a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and STEP Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) with over 20 years of tax experience. The firm focuses exclusively on cryptoasset taxation and international private client services.
Laura has been recognised in the 100WFinTech directory and is a Citywealth Powerwomen winner (2023, 2024). She co-chairs the CryptoUK tax working group and is an active participant in the HMRC digital asset roundtables. Laura is also a member of the Association of Independent Expat Tax Practitioners.
Co-founder Steve Knight brings deep crypto industry experience since 2016 as a Certified Blockchain Investigator and Bitcoin Professional, specialising in tokenomics, NFTs, and blockchain technology. Together they offer a rare combination of tax advisory expertise and hands-on crypto knowledge.

Meet the Team
Laura has over 20 years’ tax adviser experience with nearly 10 years in a top tier UK/US firm gaining extensive experience over a broad range of UK private client advisory and compliance requirements with an international angle. After taking on a consultancy role carrying out international private client work, Laura took an avid interest in the world of cryptoassets both from a tax perspective and through personal interest. Laura has worked on a number of projects for clients transacting in cryptoassets.

Laura is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and has completed the STEP Advanced Diploma in International Tax. Laura is an active member of CryptoUK and co-chairs the CryptoUK primary tax working group and chairs the NFT sub group.
